The vital enablers of women’s empowerment in the world of work are necessary if the aim is to end all forms of discrimination against women These are aiming to eliminate violence in the public and private areas, trafficking and sexual exploitation, forced marriage, child labor ( attempting to revoke Female Genital Mutilation)and to recognize the value of care and domestic work.
When women have access to education, they are in a better position to develop their skills and leadership in the world, whether in education, politics or entrepreneurship.
It is essential that women learn financial literacy and become competent with digital technology. With these capabilities, they are better equipped to face the stresses of modern day challenges and cope with the arguments for equal access ownership, whether it be land, property or rights.
With the increase in migration it is imperative that the needs of women entering into the world of work need to be addressed and infrastructures improved to facilitate the process.
The empowerment of women into the world of work, will enrich themselves, the family and ultimately render sustainability to the global economy.
